Today I’ll share my favorite smoothie recipe with you!

Smoothies são um dos melhores snacks, pelo menos eu adoro-os! Fáceis de fazer, saudáveis e deliciosos! Para este usei:

♡ 2 bananas

♡ 150g de amoras

♡ 150ml de leite

É sem dúvida um dos meus favoritos, vão experimentar? :)

 

Smoothies are one of the best snacks, at least I love them! Easy to make, healthy and delicious! For this one I used:

♡ 2 bananas

♡ 150g of Berries

♡ 150ml of milk
